Information we collect

When you submit a request or contact form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, business name or type, email address or phone number, and the details of your inquiry. Your industry and service choices may also be included. We receive similar information when you contact us by email or phone. Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox through Resend and may be retained in email and associated service records.

We use PostHog to understand how visitors use the site. It may collect usage and technical information such as pages viewed, links or buttons clicked, referring pages, browser and device details, and approximate location. We don't use this information for advertising or sell it to third parties.

Analytics starts only after you select Accept in our cookie notice. Selecting Decline leaves optional analytics disabled. PostHog uses browser local storage to recognize visits from the same browser. These records are not necessarily anonymous. If session replay is enabled, it may record how a visitor moves through and interacts with the site. Form input values are masked before recording.

How we use contact information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare a recommendation, discuss requested services, and provide services if you become a client. We also use relevant technical and demo information to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve our site and demo. Service providers process information for these purposes, as described below. We do not sell or rent your contact information.

The AI phone demo

Calling the demo number connects you to an AI-powered phone system supported by Vapi and its voice-service providers. That call may be recorded or transcribed to power the conversation and to notify us of what was discussed, such as your name, business type, and what you're interested in. Call information may include your phone number, call timing, duration, status, conversation details, and information you choose to share. Demo lead details may be emailed to us through Resend. Call records may also be logged by our hosting service and stored in Google Sheets when that integration is enabled. We use these records to respond to requests, troubleshoot, and improve the demo. Please do not share payment information, passwords, or sensitive medical information in the demo.

Third-party services

This site is hosted on Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel processes technical information such as IP addresses and request timing for hosting, security, and performance. Application logs may also contain submission or call-related information.

PostHog processes the website analytics described above on our behalf. We use that information to understand site performance, improve the calculator and navigation, and evaluate which content is useful to visitors.

Resend delivers form and demo notifications to our email inbox. Our email provider stores those messages. Vapi and its providers support AI voice conversations; Google Sheets stores call records when enabled. These providers process information according to their services and applicable terms. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where providers operate.

Retention and your choices

Information may remain in our email inbox, call records, service logs, and providers' systems. Retention varies by the type of record, provider settings, and business or legal requirements. This website does not automatically delete all records after a fixed period.

You can decline optional analytics and choose what to share in forms or calls. Use Cookie Settings in the footer to change your analytics choice. Declining stops optional analytics and removes its stored browser identifier; it does not delete information already received by us or our providers. You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, ask about retention, or ask us to stop inquiry follow-up. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained as permitted or required by law.

Children's privacy

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
